Who we are
Hi, I'm Georgia! I'm a natural yarn dyer and knitting & crochet enthusiast based in the lovely lands of West Yorkshire, UK. I share my home (and yarn stash) with my fiancé Seb and our mischievous French bulldog, Rufio.
GWG Designs started with a bit of curiosity, a lot of mess in the kitchen and a growing obsession with plants, petals and pantry scraps. One dye pot led to another and before I knew it I was hooked on creating soft, earthy, one-of-a-kind yarns using natural dyes. Think avocado pits, marigolds, onion skins, pomegranate... you name it, I’ve probably tried to get colour from it!
